🥓 Choice of 2 starters:

• Iberian ham

• Selection of Canarian cheeses with homemade jam

• Iberian tonnato

• Slow-cooked Iberian pork loin, marinated bluefin tuna, tonnata sauce and fried capers

• Ham croquettes on a bed of caramelised onions and crispy pancetta

• Padrón peppers with gofio

🍴 Choice of 2 main courses:

• Homemade gofio tagliatelle with white octopus ragù and 5 Jotas Iberian pork shavings

• Saffron rice with acorn-fed pork shoulder, pepper cream and crispy Iberian pork shavings

• Slow-cooked, melt-in-the-mouth acorn-fed pork cheeks, roasted sweet potato with papaya and tamarind, Canarian watercress and Iberian pork jus

• Local fish with mango and turmeric cream and grouper pâté
