Redemption times:
Wednesday to Monday from 1 pm to 4 pm and from 8 pm to 10.30 pm
Closed on Tuesdays
You must call to book 48 hours in advance on 722 698 030, identifying yourself as a Canarias Viva customer, and wait for confirmation from the venue
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
A limited number of tickets will be accepted each day. On Saturday evenings, the number of tickets will be particularly limited
