Conditions
Ticket valid until: 4 Month after purchase .
- Each ticket is valid for 1 adult or 1 child aged 3 to 12, depending on the selected option.
- DayPass hours:
- from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.
- La Dolce Vita menu hours:
- Wednesday to Sunday, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
- You must contact the hotel at least 48 hours in advance to make your reservation and confirm availability by email at [email protected]. Please identify yourself as a Canarias Viva customer, provide your reference code and preferred date, and wait for confirmation from the hotel.
- Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the ticket will be considered validated
- Pool towels are available with a €20 deposit.
