- Spa duration: 3 hours
- Spa opening hours:
- Monday to Sunday from 11:00 am onwards
- Brunch hours:
- From 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
- Lunch hours:
- From 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- You must contact the Spa in advance to make a reservation and confirm availability by email at [email protected], identifying yourself as a Canarias Viva customer and providing your full name, voucher code and requested date. Please wait for confirmation from the Spa.
- Reservations and availability confirmations are handled exclusively by email.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show without cancelling in time, the voucher will be redeemed.
- A limited number of vouchers are accepted on weekends.
- Guests must bring flip-flops and swimwear to access the Spa. A towel will be provided by the hotel.
- Access is permitted to guests aged 18 and over.
- This rate is non-refundable.
- You must bring your printed voucher or present it on your mobile device.
