Ticket valid until: 4 Month after purchase .
- Each ticket is for 1 adult or 1 child up to 12 years old (depending on the option selected)
- DayPass redemption hours:
- Monday to Sunday from 12 noon to 7 p.m.
- Lunch hours:
- from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- You must contact to make the reservation and confirm availability 48 hours in advance via email: [email protected], identifying yourself as a client of Canarias Viva and indicating the reference code, name and surname, the type of DayPass you will enjoy and wait for confirmation from the hotel
- Cancellations within 24 hours in advance, if you do not attend without having canceled on time, the ticket will be validated
