- Redemption hours:
- Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00
- Buffet lunch hours: 13:00 to 15:00
- You must contact the hotel 48 hours in advance to reserve by email at [email protected], identifying yourself as a Canarias Viva customer, sending your ticket code, and waiting for confirmation from the hotel
- Cancellations allowed up to 24 hours in advance
- Subject to availability
- A limited number of tickets will be accepted each day
- Pool towels available with a €20 deposit per towel, to be coordinated directly with the hotel
- Rate is NON-refundable
- You must bring your printed ticket or show it on your mobile device
- No date changes or refunds allowed
