- Spa circuit hours: 10:00 to 18:00
- You must contact the hotel to make a reservation and confirm availability by calling 922 987 184 from 09:00 to 19:00, or by email at [email protected], identifying yourself as a Canarias Viva customer and providing the reference code, full name, and requested date, and wait for confirmation from the hotel
