- Buffet breakfast redemption hours:
- Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am (last admission at 10:45 am)
- Spa circuit redemption hours:
- Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- You must contact the hotel at least 48 hours in advance to make your reservation and confirm availability via email at [email protected], identifying yourself as a Canarias Viva customer and providing your full name, the date you wish to attend the DayPass experience, and your reference code. Please wait for confirmation from the hotel.
