- Each ticket is valid for 4 people
- You must contact the hotel to make a reservation at least 72 hours in advance and confirm availability by phone at 672 104 421, or via email at [email protected], identifying yourself as a Canarias Viva customer and providing your full name, selected cave option, number of guests, requested check-in date, and ticket code, then wait for confirmation from the hotel
- Cancellations allowed up to 48 hours in advance; if not notified, the ticket will be considered valid
- Check-in at 2:00 PM
- Check-out at 11:00 AM / Late check-out until 5:00 PM (subject to availability)
- Rate is NON-refundable
- You must bring your printed ticket or present it on your mobile device
- No date changes or refunds allowed
- House rules:
- Barbecue: It is not allowed to use others’ belongings, except for personal firewood or charcoal
- Pets: Prior authorization from the property is required. A deposit will also be requested to ensure proper maintenance of the space
- Pool area: To preserve the grass and furniture, avoid throwing cigarette butts, drinks, or other objects that could cause damage
- Use of the pool: Both pools are for relaxation only; inappropriate behavior that may compromise safety is not allowed
- Noise: To respect the rest of other guests and neighbors, noise should be minimized after 11:00 PM
