Ticket valid until: 4 Month after purchase .
- Each ticket is for 2 people
- Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
- You must contact the establishment to make a prior reservation and confirm availability via email: [email protected], identifying yourself as a client of Canarias Viva and indicating your name and surname, day of requested entry, ticket code, and wait confirmation of part of the stay
- Cancellations within 48 hours, if you do not notify in advance the ticket will be validated
- Check-in at 2pm
- Check-out at 12pm / Late check-out: 3pm
- Smoking is not allowed inside
- Pets are not allowed
- The rate is NOT refundable
- You must bring your printed ticket or present it on your device mobile
- No date changes or returns are allowed
