Ticket valid until: 4 Month after purchase .
- Each ticket is for 1 adult or 1 child (ages 2–12), depending on the selected option
- DayPass hours:
- daily from 11:00 to 18:00
- Buffet La Tahona hours:
- 13:00 to 15:00
- Las Palmeras Snack Bar hours:
- Food: 11:00 to 17:30
- Drinks: 10:30 to 18:00
- Once the purchase is made, you must contact the hotel to make a reservation and confirm availability at least 48 hours in advance via email: [email protected], identifying yourself as a Canarias Viva customer and providing the reference code, full name, requested date, and waiting for confirmation.
- To streamline reservation management, please contact the hotel only after purchasing the ticket, and not before, to check availability, in order to avoid overwhelming the reservations department.
- Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the ticket will be validated
- Maximum weekday capacity: 10 tickets per day

- Towels must be collected at reception with a deposit. You will receive cards that can be exchanged for towels
- All services are offered on the same day
- The rate is non-refundable
