Ticket valid until: 6 Month after purchase .
- Each ticket is for 1 or 2 adults from 12 years old (depending on the option selected)
- Not valid during Carnival or Easter
- Excluded dates:
- from 08/01 to 08/31
- from 12/20 to 01/10
- A maximum capacity of 3 tickets per day
- Children under 4 years old will be free
- Supplement for children from 4 to 11 years old: €24, to be paid directly at the hotel reception
- DayPass redemption time:
- Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Lunch time:
- from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Snack buffet hours:
- 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- You must contact the hotel to make the reservation and confirm availability at least 1 week in advance via email: [email protected], identifying yourself as a client of Canarias Viva and indicating the reference code, name and surname, requested date, and waiting for confirmation from the hotel
- Reservation management and confirmation of availability will be managed exclusively by email electronic
- Cancellations 48 hours in advance
- Service with limited capacity and subject to availability
