- You must contact the hotel to make a reservation and confirm availability via email at [email protected], identifying yourself as a Canarias Viva customer, providing the ticket code and requested date, and wait for confirmation from the hotel
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; if you do not notify in advance, the ticket will be validated
