Ticket valid until: 3 Month after purchase .
- Each ticket is for 2 people
- Exchange hours:
- Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Brunch hours:
- from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (refills until 1:30 p.m.)
- Access to the pool will be after brunch until 17h
- You must contact to reserve as early as possible and according to availability via WhatsApp at 642 234 535, identifying yourself as a client of Canarias Viva and indicating the reference code to confirm the reservation
- Cancellations 24 hours in advance, in case of not attending without having canceled on time, the ticket will be validated
- Tickets without prior reservation are not accepted
- In case you have any allergies or have any special dietary needs, you must communicate this at the time of reservation and wait for confirmation from the hotel
- It is not allowed to bring trays or containers to the tables
- No specific tables are reserved, their assignment will depend on the volume of people
- Access to the pool will be only after enjoying the brunch, and It is prohibited to reserve sun loungers or hammocks with towels
- You must come with your own towel
- Outside drinks are not allowed in the pool
- Pets are allowed, after prior consultation with the hotel
- A maximum number of tickets are accepted each day
- The right of admission is reserved
- The rate is NOT refundable
