Caña y Ron Experience: Guided tour + tasting of sugar cane, guarapo and rum, with optional lunch with paella and drink – The rum that writes history! 🥃🥘

In the north of Tenerife, where agricultural tradition meets authentic flavors, there is a place where history comes back to life. At the Caña y Ron estate, the project led by Eloy González, Nacho Zerolo and “a group of dreamers” brings back a crop that shaped the destiny of the islands since the 16th century: sugar cane.

After decades of research and travels across the world’s top distilleries, you can now discover how this historic ingredient is grown, processed and transformed into a drink full of character.

This is not just any tasting: during the experience, you will explore the estate and the distillery while tasting fresh sugar cane, guarapo and artisanal rum. You will also have the privilege of trying the future 1500 rum (vintage 2025), which will be bottled in 2029. Every sip, every barrel, is part of a story still being written… where tradition meets the rum that will shape the island’s future.
