- Lunch redemption hours:
- Dreams Factory from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM
- Echeide Buffet from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
- You must contact the hotel to make the reservation and confirm availability via email: [email protected], identifying yourself as a Canarias Viva customer and providing the reference code, full name, and waiting for confirmation from the hotel
- Reservation management and availability confirmation will be handled exclusively by email
- Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice
