Ticket valid until: 4 Month after purchase .
- Each ticket is valid for 1 or 2 people (depending on the selected option)
- Redemption hours:
- Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 11:00
- You must call in advance to reserve and confirm availability at 674 280 276, identifying yourself as a Canarias Viva customer
- Cancellations must be made at least 24h in advance
- Subject to establishment availability
- Reservations outside the established hours will not be accepted
- Due to private events or maintenance, reservations may be rescheduled. In such cases, the customer will always be contacted in advance to offer alternative dates
- On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, a limited number of tickets per day is accepted
- Maximum of 4 individual tickets or 2 double tickets per table (4 people)
- Experience valid for 18+ years. For minors attending, non-caffeinated or alcohol-free options will be provided as appropriate
- The buffet may vary slightly depending on product availability, while always maintaining the same quality and variety
- Punctuality is requested: reservations will be held for 15 minutes after the agreed time
- No-shows or late arrivals will result in ticket forfeiture
- The rate is non-refundable
- You must present your ticket (printed or on your mobile device) upon arrival at the restaurant
- No date changes, late cancellations, or refunds are allowed
